We train teachers to empower

We train Physical Education teachers in schools to empower children from elementary school through 12th grade with age appropriate skills to protect themselves from potential sexual abuse, abduction, and bullying, “With Physical Skills, Awareness, Boundaries and Confidence.” Our programs are funded by Grants, Private Donations and School Resources.
How can we change the actions, minds and hearts of the victims and the offenders? Board Members of the Gylanic Education Trust are individuals who in their professional lives have long histories of working with victims of sexual assault and abuse. We recognize that to affect a change we must begin training children at early ages the skills of awareness of inappropriate touch from family, acquaintances, or strangers and sexual assault and abduction defense skills and dealing with bullies. This early training will teach all children that sexual assault is inappropriate and thus change potential victims and offenders.
